In the field of tube mill machinery, we specialize in the research, development and manufacturing of high frequency straight seam tube mill line, steel ball skew rolling mill machine, copper clad aluminum machine, slitting machine, cut to length machine, cold rolling mill machine and other metallurgical machinery.
Fancy Yarn Machinery
When it comes to fancy yarn machinery, our group is committed to research and development and production of crochet machine, chenille machine, yarn twisting machine, hank reeling machine and other fancy yarn machine.
Company History
Our company was established as a branch of a Chinese state-owned enterprise.
Successfully researched and developed VFF-112 type three-roller fancy yarn twisting machine.
Many of China's state-owned enterprises have been transformed into privately-owned ones, and we have established our wholly-owned company, Jiangsu WeiDa Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., which has successfully developed the VG-980 crochet machine — the debut model of the 980 series and honored as "Quality Credit Product of Jiangsu Province".
Officially launched the independent R&D and mass production of VZH series ERW tube mill production line.
Successfully developed the first bimetallic copper clad aluminum production line, which took the lead in the industry.
Awarded “High-tech Enterprise of Jiangsu Province”.
Successfully handed over the first ERW TUBE & PIPE MILL for high-strengthsteel in automotive field, and completed the installation & commissioning.
Successfully handed over the first ERW TUBE & PIPE MILL with "Online Cladding Plastic" system for PVC pipe, and completed the installation & commissioning.
Successfully handed over the first Turn-key project of 18 units ERW TUBE & PIPE MILL lines & 4 slitting lines oversea, and completed the installation &commissioning.
Successfully handed over the first VZH-219 ERW TUBE & PIPE MILL, and completed the installation & commissioning.
Company joint-stock reform, renamed Jiangsu New Victor Machinery Co., LTD., and listed.
Being elected "Jiangsu Manufacturing Base”for automobile high strength steel ERW pipe machine.
Successfully developed the VG-980A crochet machine, which gained superior market recognition. In the same year, the new XHND four-roller fancy yarn twisting machine was independently developed.
Successfully handed over four units of ERW TUBE & PIPE MILL with "Roller Quick Change system", saving the roller changing time from 4 hours to 30mins, and completed the installation & commissioning.
Successfully researched and developed XXNE-200 automatic digital chenille yarn machine, which brought finer and softer chenille yarn to the market and became the leader of chenille equipment.
Successfully handed over the first ERW TUBE & PIPE MILL with "Roller Position Control System", to automatically position and reset the rollers,and completed the installation & commissioning.
Successfully developed an innovative fully automatic hank reeling machine. It drastically boosts production efficiency and significantly reduces labor costs.
The new member of the 980 series, VG-980B, which has obtained a national patent, can greatly increase the output without changing the overall width of the machine, and the production precision is also higher.
The VG-980G achieves higher output within the same floor area, completely eliminates uneven yarn long and short hairs, and delivers softer and smoother yarn texture.
Successfully delivered the first direct square tube mill machine, featuring advanced one-step square forming technology with high efficiency and stable performance.
